Our Policies

POLICY STATEMENT

“Doing things right the first time” and meeting our customer's requirements at Sanitary Equipment is our company’s philosophy. SHIPPING & HANDLING: In stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours via UPS. Packages should arrive within 2-7 business days. Priority shipping is available to meet any special requirements at customer’s expense.

 RETURN POLICY

Return Authorization is required before any parts may be returned. You may contact us by phone, fax, E-mail or mail. We cannot accept Returns after 60 days from Purchase date. We cannot accept Returns on Electrical Items, Special order or Custom Built parts. Any Returned Parts must be in Clean, in Like-New condition, to receive full credit. A 25% Restock fee will be applied to all Returns that result from customer order error or Change of Mind. The Restock fee can only be waived in the instance whereas Sanitary Equipment Company Inc. is responsible for the return due to a shipping error, salesman error, or other fault as determined by Sanitary Equipment Company Inc.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Customer must contact Sanitary Equipment Company Inc. and get approval to Return Goods and clearly label the outside of the package with customer information, part number, and original invoice number prior to shipping.

Failure to get approval from the Parts Department at Sanitary Equipment Company Inc. and failure to mark the return may result in no refund being given or delays in receiving a credit.

Customer will be responsible for all freight charges to send return items.

If customer requests a call tag or UPS label to be sent for return the freight charges, the cost for the Call Tag/Label and related shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Sanitary Equipment Company Inc. will only be responsible for return freight costs when a return is due to error by either the parts salesman or a shipping error and is approved by Sanitary Equipment Company Inc.

Customer should insure return package for full value in case of damage or loss. Sanitary Equipment Company Inc. will be unable to issue a credit for parts received that are damaged. It will be the customer’s responsibility to package the return items adequately for safe shipping and insure them accordingly.

WARRANTY POLICY

Parts sold under a limited warranty that they are and will remain free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. The Company will replace any part found, in the opinion of the Company, to be defective, provided the parts have not been modified, subjected to misuse or abuse and have been properly maintained. This is a parts replacement only warranty; replacement labor is specifically excluded. The defective part(s) must be returned freight prepaid to the Company. Sanitary Equipment Company, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, as to merchantability or fitness of use for a particular purpose, except as expressly provided by this policy. Sanitary Equipment Company, Inc. will not be liable for any special or consequential damages of any kind. No employee, agent, representative or distributor, firm, or corporation can bind Sanitary Equipment Company, Inc. to any warranty other than the express warranty provided by this policy.
