This is KEG's M6 titanium ceramic nozzle insert, a replaceable threaded insert for KEG nozzles and chain cutters with M6 orifices. KEG rates titanium ceramic as its best performing insert material for jet pattern. KEG uses replaceable inserts so a nozzle can be matched to the flow rate and pressure the job needs.

In the KEG catalog, M6 titanium ceramic inserts are used on the Micro and Mini chain cutters and as the rotating jets on the Super Cutter Plus 150, Super Cutter Plus 200 and Super Nova 4000. KEG also lists this insert in several expansion kits and as the spray bar insert for those larger cutters, and lists it in its groups for 1/4" and 3/8" nozzles and for 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" nozzles, specialty nozzles, floor cleaners and chain cutters.

• Per KEG's kit listings, the Super Cutter Plus 150 and 200 kits use 4 M6 titanium ceramic inserts for rotation, and chain cutter spray bars use 3 per head, 12 per set.
