The Dig Pig Flow Maxx is a reusable stainless steel air filter for the blower intake on hydro excavation (hydrovac) trucks. It captures dust, fines and airborne debris before they reach the blower. The filter is built entirely from stainless steel, with no cloth or paper media, so it can be cleaned and put back in service instead of being thrown away.
Flow Maxx filters carry Dig Pig's upgraded 100 mesh / 149 micron rating and seal with an extra-thick rubber seal. Dual perforated stainless steel shields stop large debris ahead of the filter media.
Select the size in the dropdown by inside diameter (ID) and height (H). Dig Pig lists 20 standard sizes, shown below with part numbers. To choose, measure the inside diameter and height of the filter you are replacing, or match the Dig Pig part number of your current Flow Maxx. Service
Service intervals depend on job conditions. Dig Pig recommends inspecting the filter regularly and cleaning it as needed when you notice a reduction in airflow.
