Cleaning Nozzle

Pipe Range: 3" to 16", Wide Angle to 40" | Hose: 3/8" to 1 1/4" | Tier Three Fluid Mechanics

The KEG Cleaning Nozzle is the everyday workhorse for routine cleaning of sanitary and storm lines from 4" to 16". Eight threaded rear inserts alternate between 15 and 25 degrees to put high wall force on the pipe, and KEG rates the design as a Tier Three nozzle above 80% efficient.

Stainless steel bodies are offered for 3/8" through 1 1/4" hose, so small jetter operators get the same jet layout in the 3/8" and 1/2" sizes. A 1" Wide Angle version moves to 25 and 40 degree jets for pipe up to 40", and KEG names shallow lines with blowback and heavy grease as its best use. A lighter 1" aluminum version is also available for skid-mounted cleaning.

Sizes and KEG Part Numbers

Choosing the Right Version

• Choose the 1" Wide Angle (101103) for shallow lines with blowback and heavy grease or pipe up to 40". The standard 15 and 25 degree nozzle covers 4" to 16" pipe in the 1" and 1 1/4" sizes.
• The 3/8" and 1/2" sizes are rated for 3" to 8" pipe and the 3/4" size for 4" to 12" pipe.
• The 1" Aluminum version (107003) must be run on a skid. KEG lists aluminum and stainless steel skids with holes in the accessories section of its catalog.
• Aluminum versions have a 1" hose connection; KEG notes they can be adapted to 1/2", 3/4" or 1 1/4" hose with a bushing.
• Titanium ceramic and steel inserts share the same base KEG part number (KEG adds -C for titanium ceramic or -S for steel), so pick the insert material in the option selector.

How to Order Online

Select the size and insert material above. Before Add to Cart unlocks, enter your jetter's flow in gallons per minute (GPM), its operating pressure (PSI) and the length of your jet hose in feet. SECI uses these numbers to order the correct nozzle from KEG. KEG list pricing includes the nozzle, its inserts and the drill point where the nozzle has one.
