The KEG Super Cutter Plus 150 is a stainless steel, water driven chain cutter for light duty work in 6" to 16" sanitary and storm lines, with an expansion kit available for pipe up to 24". It removes roots, grease, PVC or clay taps and light mineral deposits, and KEG rates it for PVC, clay and iron pipe as well as egg-shaped pipe.
Five rear M14 titanium ceramic inserts drive the cutter forward while four rotating M6 inserts spin the main shaft and its two cutting chains, which KEG rates at more than 7,500 RPM across its chain cutter family. A stainless steel cross cutter on the front bores into the obstruction, and the roller chain is forgiving on pipe walls. The kit is set up for 6" to 16" pipe with a 1" HP swivel and needs a pump supplying at least 40 GPM at 1700 PSI.

Choosing the Right Version
- For pipe up to 24", add the Super Cutter Plus 150 Expansion Kit (200903-C), which requires this cutter kit (200242-C).
- Kit contents as listed by KEG include the cutter main body, M14 and M6 titanium ceramic inserts, 16 mm and 30 mm rotating spinners, stainless steel cross cutter, 15 ft replacement chain, standard skid, distance plate, 1" HP swivel, a 1" x 3/4" HP swivel for machines running 3/4" hose, 1" leader hose, grease gun, 28" tool box, heavy duty chain breaker and wrenches.
- Spray bar attachments and a pulling device are sold separately.
- KEG recommends cleaning and video inspecting the pipe before running any chain cutter, and following the cutter manual.
- KEG supplies its chain cutters with titanium ceramic inserts only.
