Thread Size: M8 | Stainless Steel | Hex Head
This is KEG's M8 stainless steel hex head nozzle insert, a replaceable threaded insert for KEG nozzles with M8 orifices. KEG uses replaceable inserts so a nozzle can be matched to the flow rate and pressure the job needs.
KEG describes the steel Allen head as its older insert design and the steel hex head as its newer design, and notes the Allen head is interchangeable with the M8 hex head. KEG groups M8 inserts with inserts for 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" nozzles, specialty nozzles, floor cleaners and chain cutters.

Choosing the Right Version
- In the KEG catalog, the 3/4", 1" and 1 1/4" Rambo nozzles list M8 as their insert size and can be set up with steel or titanium ceramic inserts.
- KEG states that its specialty nozzles and chain cutters use ceramic inserts only; for those, use a titanium ceramic M8 insert.
- KEG also offers an M14 insert holder (G00100153) that lets an M8 insert be used in an M14 orifice when the original size is not available.
