Floor Cleaner Nozzle

Pipe Range: 6" to 72" | 5 to 14 Jets | Tier Three Fluid Mechanics (5 Jet: Tier Two)

The KEG Floor Cleaner is a bottom cleaning nozzle for storm lines, detention systems, culverts and large sanitary pipe. It is built to move sludge, mud, compacted material and heavy debris such as rocks, bricks and broken concrete along the pipe floor.

KEG's fluid mechanics turn hose flow into cleaning force at each jet, and a roll cage brings the unit back upright so the jets work as designed. Six models run from 5 jets for 6" to 18" pipe up to 14 jets for 18" to 72" pipe, all with M14 inserts in titanium ceramic or steel. The 6 Jet through 14 Jet models carry Tier Three fluid mechanics; the 5 Jet is a Tier Two nozzle.

Sizes and KEG Part Numbers

Choosing the Right Version

• Choose titanium ceramic (C) or steel (S) inserts for each model.
• KEG lists each floor cleaner with a swivel: 5 Jet with a 1" or 3/4" swivel (1" x 1/2" for a 1/2" truck), 6 and 8 Jet with a 1" swivel (1" x 3/4" for a 3/4" truck), and 10, 12 and 14 Jet with a 1 1/4" swivel (1 1/4" x 1" for a 1" truck).
• KEG lists bolt-on and weld-on roll cages and skids and angle adaptors as accessories. KEG Highrise Skids (100288AHL) fit the 6 Jet through 14 Jet models with bolt-on roll cages and raise the cleaner about 1" off the pipe bottom to ride over offset joints on retrieval.
